					<description>It's amazed me how the Bush administration thinks nothing of spending hundreds of billions of dollars on its "preemptive war" to bring Iraqis "freedom" - from stuff like electricity and sewage treatment - but somehow never has the money to adequately fund human services programs in the US, much less make things right in Afghanistan.</description>
